How to Snag Your Tickets
Now, here comes the crucial part—getting your hands on those coveted tickets! Tickets for Ghibli’s Grand Warehouse are like golden tickets to Willy Wonka’s factory; they sell out quickly! The international ticket reservations for the busy spring season (March 15 through April 30, 2023) will be available on January 10, 2023, at midnight Eastern Standard Time. Mark your calendars, folks! 🗓️
Important: If you’re hoping to visit this spring, be prepared to pounce on those tickets the night of January 9, 2023. Trust us, you’ll want to have your payment details ready because these tickets vanish faster than Totoro in the forest!
International tickets can only be purchased through Lawson Ticket, so make sure you have an account set up in advance.
Entry Rules—What You Need to Know

How to Get to Ghibli Park
Getting to the Ghibli Park Grand Warehouse is a breeze, and there are a couple of fun options to choose from. Let’s break it down:
Train from Nagoya Station
If you prefer the scenic route, hop on the Higashiyama Subway Line at Nagoya Station. Take it toward Fushimi and Sakae for about 23 minutes until you reach Fujigaoka Station. No need to stress about missing your stop—this is the terminal station!
Next, switch to the Linimo train, which will whisk you away to Ai-Chikyuhaku-Kinen-Koen Station in just about 13 minutes. Follow the signs, and you’re well on your way to Ghibli adventure!
Shuttle Bus from Nagoya Station
If you’d rather sit back and relax, the Meitetsu Bus service from Nagoya Station is a fantastic option. The price for adults is 1000 yen one way, while children can ride for just 500 yen!
On weekdays, you’ll find 5 shuttles operating, with 3 of them being non-stop and taking about 40 minutes to reach the park. The other routes take a little longer, almost an hour. On weekends and holidays, there are 6 shuttles, and all are non-stop—so you can get to the park quickly and start your adventure!
