Family-Friendly Hotels Near Narita Airport

If you’re planning a trip that involves a stopover or a few days of exploration in Japan, staying at a hotel near Narita Airport is an excellent choice. Narita Tobu Hotel Airport
If you’re looking for a hotel that can accommodate a larger family, the Narita Tobu Hotel Airport is a fantastic option. Some rooms here feature up to four separate beds, perfect for families with multiple kids (or those who just love to spread out!). For younger children, there’s the option to bed share, making it a versatile choice for families of all sizes.
- Facilities: This hotel boasts a fitness center (for guests aged 18 and over) and an indoor pool. But here’s the catch: children must be at least 3 years old and toilet trained to take a dip (no swim nappies allowed!).
- Pool Hours: The pool is open from 2 PM to 9:30 PM, with the last entry at 9 PM. Just a heads-up—Japanese pool rules can be strict (check out my blog for more info on that!).
- Transportation: A complimentary shuttle runs between the airport terminals and the hotel, making it super easy to get around. If you fancy a short stroll, it’s about a 10-minute walk if you can manage your luggage!
ANA Crowne Plaza Narita
Next up is the ANA Crowne Plaza Narita. While this hotel is a bit older, it has charm and cleanliness that can’t be overlooked. However, keep in mind that room configurations here are a bit limited, as they only accommodate up to two adults (or three if you have little ones who can share a bed). This means you may need to book multiple rooms if you’re traveling with a larger family.
- Facilities: The hotel features a swimming pool and a fitness center, but be aware that the pool is closed every Wednesday. Also, all pool users must wear a swimming cap, and only potty-trained kiddos are allowed in the water.

- Convenience: You’ll find a Family Mart convenience store right within the hotel for those late-night snack cravings. Plus, there are two restaurants on-site, which is a plus after a long day of travel.

Hotel Nikko Narita
Last but definitely not least, we have the Hotel Nikko Narita. This hotel offers spacious rooms that can accommodate up to four guests (again, more if the little ones can snuggle up!). The rooms are quite generous in size for Japan, which is a delightful surprise!
